Ok, I'm some what of a disaffected consumer, since I have hughesnet and am unable to play multiplayer. If I were able to play online, I'd be calling the President/CEO at Activision and letting him know that I was sold a product that is not living up to it's advertisement, online multi player, and if he doesn't get it fixed I'll be contacting my State's Attorney General for deceptive marketing. If you call, I would explain all the issues you've experienced and be respectful. I guarantee you'll just reach his admin, but he will get the message. If you don't get any satisifaction and the online multi player is truly unplayable, I would lodge a complaint with your State's attorney general. Best of luck.
