Notice a common theme here? Oh yeah there isn't one other than we are all having issues on MW3. It doesn't matter where you are or what your ISP is, the ISP is not the issue!
I also find it funny how >75ms is still a green connection. How can we have green connections to people across the pond as well? Let me guess it is our ISP that is causing that too.

Watchguard Gb firewall with a Gb switch behind it. Even with the PS3 directly on the Watchguard and that port setup as DMZ, MW3 reports it as Moderate, not open but other games report as Open. Oh wait, I forgot, it is my ISP that causes this.
Dumbed connection down so I am not host because of the framerate issue. So I sacrifice the framerate for lag so no matter what, it is a no win situation with this game. As bad as Socom is, they make IW look like chumps when it comes to online play.

The lag issues have been affecting both the multi-player and co-op side to the point it is almost unplayable.
The multi-player lag is so bad I am having to put almost a full clip into someone to drop them but even then I am lucky to get a kill, I have more assists that kills and the majority of them are 80% kill assists, several friends are all in the same situation and the all use different ISP providers.
The survival mode has also been very lagging and now when I play solo it runs ok for the first 2 rounds then starts sticking for a second then runs fine for 20-30 seconds then sticks again and keeps doing this to the stage it is unplayable.
I have been unable to view any of the stats online or through the PS3 elite app and all the people I know who have purchased the hardened edition feel rather ripped off because of all the issues that have not been dealt with and sorted out.
Several of my friends have now decided to seek advice from the trading standards to get a full refund on MW3 they have purchased as they feel this game is unfit for purpose which is a breach of the trading standards 1974 regulations and trading standards have also said they feel all the issues being reported and amount of people seeking advice about this game is unacceptable and are going to investigate.
