Should MOABs & Specialist return in Black Ops 2?

For me, specialist is the only thing that makes MW3 enjoyable so i would love to see it's return. I know it's kind of a selfish strike package but come on, it comes in handy when your playing solo and team mates are just giving away killstreaks. As for MOABs i heard someone say that although Black Ops had less bullshit, it gets boring quicker because there's nothing that gives you the same high as getting a MOAB/Nuke does. So would the inclusion of MOABs and Specialist make the game last longer and give it more variety? Hopefully Vahn sees this, leave your opinions.

I think a huge key to making the game last is putting in things that are very hard to get.

A MOAB in BO2 would be one of those things.

Another thing would be an extremely hard to get camo (gold, platinum, something cool) that takes a long time and a lot of skill to get.

You need something to work for besides your K/D. Yes, Blops had gold guns, but they were easy to get, and you didn't even have to use that gun to get it gold.

I think that MOAB and Specialist should be back but he killstreaks should contribute to the MOAB, like in MW2 where you got your Harier then AC-130/ Chopper, Then NUKE. So it should be a killstreak we can select but it doesn't end the game. And it only makes surrounding reddish colour fo a minute then it becomes lighter and lighter. And the Specialist MOAB should end the game, that's what I think.

Yes; bring back Specialist.  I love Specialist.

As for the MOAB.....well, if BO2 will be set during the Cold War, perhaps they should use this (click here).

Just to clarify your post- do you want stackable killstreaks?  Where is the skill in that?  Why does a computer controlled chopper/airstrike have to do the work for people?  Pointstreaks should be earned by your own gun skill...let's not make this game easier for people, it needs to reward skill.  IMO, I would prefer no nuke in the game- but if it is included then make it like the MOAB is now, where only gun kills count (plus make it hard to get).

In regards to a specialist MOAB giving you a game ending killstreak, I'd have STRONGLY disagree with this.  Nothing should end a game prematurely, it was the single aspect of MW2 that ruined the game beyond redemption.

Specialist is definitely a good idea, it seems to be pretty balanced as it is now in MW3 and adds some variety to the gameplay.

Killstreak yes, MOAB no. Tired of all the people who go into objective games and kill-whore for it only to fail time and time again to get it and help their team to lose.

Black Ops 2, or any CoD game by Treyarch, should never have a Nuke/MOAB in it. It breaks things up from the faster paced, more frustrating, die half as fast Modern Warfare series. I enjoyed Black Ops way more than MW2 or 3 simply because it didn't have stupid stuff like that in it. Not to mention in Black Ops you at least have a chance to turn and kill the guy shooting at you...versus MW2/3 where you just drop dead immediately. Beyond frustrating. Treyarch has it down. I love the non stackable killstreaks. Keep that for sure. No stupid killstreaks would be nice too

The MOAB kills objective games. Just like the Nuke in MW2. Everyone goes for kills.

As for the Specialist strike chain, I am enjoying it in MW3.

One thing they need to do for Black Ops 2 is juggle the Support Chain around so it is ONLY support streaks (they can take out the "if you die you still keep your streak" aspect as well. Not a fan.

I would like having the specialist system back. It's a nice change to the game instead of just getting a KS.

As for MOAB/Nuke....no. It ruins objective games, and most people who try to go for it, usually die before they get near a 10KS. Meaning that their deaths would contribute to the enemy team who will have a decent KS system equipped.

I think it is better to have a KS system like BO had. Dogs and Gunship were the most rewarding KS in BO, and surpriseingly easy to get (if you know how)

Hell no. The thing I loved about Black Ops killstreaks is you still had to actually use it to get the kills. Yes, dogs do the work for you, but the players have a good chance to take them out. But the Hind and Chopper Gunner still force you to find the enemies and take them out.

Please don't include stackable killstreaks. It lowers the importance of mid-tier Killstreaks, like airstrikes, where you're just using them to get the air support, not to strategically handle an objective. Black Ops proved that players can get higher killstreaks by the virtue of their own skill. Please don't insult us by letting us get there cheaply. It feels so much more fulfilling to get a helicopter that you earned with the full 6/7 kills.

As far as game-ending KS are concerned, I actually don't have a problem with them. I think the Nuke ended up working out in MW2 exactly how the developers intended. After the player base evened out, you hardly see them anymore unless a player really has earned them, and then it's late in the game and it just ends the embarasssment for the losing team. It worked out well. But that doesn't belong in a 3arc game.
