Iv'e been trying to fix a issue with BO2 Since release.
When i open the game in Steam. The game will instantly crash.
"Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Has stopped working" When i click more info i get this message.

I have tried almost every fix imaginable. including
-Doing pretty much everything on the Microsoft website about USER32 Common errors.
-All the fixes supplied by Activision.
-Verify Catche in steam
I used there chat feature and that didn't help. As they told me they would forward my problem to a higher tech who hasn't replied in 2 days now.
It's also worth noting that it seems the game didn't come fully prepared. I had to manually insert a dxgi.dll file into the Steam folder then i got this message. The previous error was pretty much identicle to this one. Substituing dxgi.dll
My specs are
Intel Quad core I5 2400
Windows Vista 32 Bit Service Pack 3
4 Gig Ram
AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series
If anyone has any ideas whats going on i would really appreciate your help. Activision haven't been able to help.
