I've been having the same set of problems (ghost Mabu, game locks up when selecting the wishing well or wish stones, game takes over 5 minutes to load, ton of missions that aren't applicable to my set of Skylanders, etc.). This appears to have happened with Fireworks Zook patch (1.4.0 (309991+325285)). It appears as though many people are having these sames issues, and a patch would be welcomed. I'm playing on iOS 6.1.3, 64 GB iPad with 33 GB available. There are no other users on my account. Thank you for your assistance.
