- Activate Name
- How many gems you had, and the dollar/currency value that was put into it
- Level before/after the reset occurred
- Device you are playing on
Are you playing only one account from this device or would you happen to have multiple?
Was any real world currency used to buy anything in game? If you are unable to remember how much was put into the game, a rough estimate would suffice.
Also, can you please let me know what version you are running? You can check this out by clicking the purple banner in the lower right hand corner.
