CALL OF DUTY
I have seen many questions about this, but no answers.
My wife updated her Note 2 a week ago and had to re-download the game. It reset her to level 8, from 18 or so, and she can't connect to Activate to, hopefully, access her cloud save.
Today, I had to finally update my S3 and the game thinks it is November and errors when trying to update. If I reinstall, I'll be in the same boat as her.
Is there a fix for this? Is one being worked on? Any answers would go a long way to keeping me from deleting this game and calling it quits.

I have the same issue as the original poster. Upgraded the firmware on my S3 and exactly the same issue. Noone has access to the phone to access date or time settings. I am relunctant to un-install / re-install after reading some other forum posts in which that solution has had absolutely no effect, or when all progress has been lost. Given that my 4 year old enjoys collecting the skylanders in the game, starting again is not really a solution unless the very last resort.any support would be appreciated.
You state your wifes game was reset to level 8, but you state she cannot log into Activate? So is the level 8 game actually her local save?
If you load her game is there a Kudos button present in the top right corner of the screen?
In regards to the date issue you two are seeing after upgrading the firmware on the S3's can you provide a screen shot? Maybe link a photobucket page with the screenshot in your next post?
