If you can access other stuff with your iPhone without any problems over wifi and 3G
Open a support ticket with Activision!
Proberbly they ask you to:
Report iPhone / iPod version and iOS version.
Do this first to speedup the handling:
(Remember you will lose your game progress etc)
- Uninstal the app and reinstall it, reboot/restart your iPhone/iPod!
- Secondly they ask you to uninstal the app in the iPhone/iPod and also remove the app in itunes on your pc/mac, then sync your iPhone. Re-download the app in iTunes on your pc/mac and the sync it back to your iPhone/iPod, reboot/restart your device.
- Factory reset your iPhone "Fresh start", do remember to backup stuff first.... Then redownload it
