Thanks for the insight A_TREY_U,
It's been getting a little heated in here to say the least.
The only thing I can recommend to you guys if you really aren't leaning towards a DA nerf is to start having Wiimote only lobbies/games. Thers' no harm in that and everyone will be happy.
We all undertsand that you want to keep the masses happy and with the Wii U the massses are holding DAs but don't alienate your loyal Wiimote community either.
Once the update comes in we'll see if Wiimoters can be competitive against DA users but I'm telling you without a DA nerf it just doesnt seem that way.
So please consider Wiimote only lobbies, Wouldn't that appease everyone?
Again, not to jump too much ahead, especially with the update not out yet but like many of us have mentionned before, the DAs are so blatantly OP compared to Wiimote that adding Cursor sens setting will only chip away at that gap, not close it to an acceptable level.
I noticed, at first, the custom settings were missing for the wiimote and nunchuck early last week. But the next day, either Monday or Tuesday of last week, the custom button settings appeared!!
Same thing with the sensitivety setting. At first it wasn't there, and then bam, there it was. And this was early last week. So, was there a fix that was rolled out by region?
Or are you guys talking about the controls for the gamepad?
A GREAT fix would be the split screen, atleast in two player mode. It fills vertical but not horizontal and my format options for my tv don't work at making it full screen. Can that be included in the patch? Or is there a way I don't know about to change that?
No update required for the wiiu. I was on my friend's ps3 and the lag was insane so we went back to my place and played on the wii u. I have no complaints at all. I use the wiimote and default settings...lol
The only problem i have on the WiiU is there is no nuketown. Also, there arent enough people online or are interested in objective matches maybe because their kdr would be affected?
And about kdr....im sure those who cheated/hacked are now whining about their kdr. BTW mine is 1.5 Now those that didnt cheat on the wii really do not care about kdr and actually may come out playing better on the wii u because everyone now is on a level playing field. Love it.
Really....nobody cares about kdr. Lets start playing other matches besides tdm. Thats the only issue for me and its a serious one that cant be resolved by treyarch who btw did a wonderful job for the wiiu.
Cant thank them enough. Thank you Treyarch.
yeah, i know about the different sensitivities, thanks . I was talking about cursor sensitivity. At first it wasn't there, went and played some campaign, went back to multiplayer and there it was.
It also didn't appear while accessing the control menu while playing, at first, but now it's there.
So, I have custom buttons for wiimote and nunchuck, and sensitivity control for the cursor on the wiimote!
I don't see custom controls for the gamepad though.
Thanks for taking the time to respond to players concerns regarding the control issues regarding the wii remote vs da.
I havent played the game yet as im in europe, But I wound't reccommend changing the DA settings for aim assit etc if their the same as xbox360 and ps3,
All this will do is create fanboys of other systems claiming that shooting isnt a accurute on wii-u , which might have a negative effect on future sales of black-op2 wii-u version.
I do however think that is vital that Wii-remote players should have More control over settings. and also find it strange that Hipfire seems more accurate via da than wii remote this seems illogicial.
I'm a wii remote player myself, and please dont include ads snap so aggresive that it takes the fun out of playing with the wii remote.
see you on the 30th
