Regarding the random sound issues with Black Ops 2; The first and most obvious item to check for is disc damage or fingerprints. If the disc is clean with no damage, the next step is to try deleting the Game Data Utility file for Black Ops 2 located in the same XMB section where you launch the game from...Should be the second folder from the top, the top folder being PSVita Game Data.
Now if the sound still randomly cuts out, the next step is taking your disc to a friend, family member or neighbor's house to test on their console. If the problem persists on another console, your disc may need to be replaced. However, if the issue does not follow the disc, you may want to consider changing the HDMI cable or contacting PlayStation support for further troubleshooting.
If this turns out to be a worldwide issue, expect a patch but patches are prioritized. Of course if this happens, we beg you for your continued patience and understanding.
