      I have exactly the same problem (except the message which is in french because I'm in France).

       

      My user name on Activate is metazine.

       

      I am level 36 with 36 Slylanders, over 6,000,000 coins and about 100 gems. I have 99 friends.

       

      I can see on forums that many people have this problem.

       

      I REALLY appreciate the bug fix.

          First off, I have gone ahead and created a new thread for your issue.

           

          Now, I am very sorry to hear about the reset that you have encountered. In order to further look into this matter, I will need the following information:

          - Activate Name

          - Real world currency used on account

          - Level before/after the reset occurred

          - Device being used

          - Date the issue occurred

          - Game Version
