Yes, it rolled back to level 1. It happened when I downloaded the latest update.
My kids also said I was at a higher level, level 37 or 38.
Is there any further progress on this issue? It remains unresolved. Haven't played Skylanders in weeks and I'm not the only one with this issue.
Latest Version 1.8.0 doesn't work either.
