Either way, there's also a lot of people blaming lag for their poor performance. This is true to an extent. The fact is, you won't do as well with lag. But to say it's impossible to do well is false.
Rapid fire one shot kill shotguns! If we only had those for our laggy days...
Well that's what I get for being happy about the game running smooth for two days. Back to lagging today. There were only 250 people playing TDM though so it's not surprising. There were well over 400 on my two good days which is unusual for this time of night.
I'm putting this game on the shelf for a while. My last death I pull out my handgun and sprint around a corner laying bullets into a guy and not getting a single hit marker. In the killcam I get mowed down while in the process of drawing the handgun, still behind the corner, still preparing my attack. This is more than a full second of latency. Absolutely unplayable.
Briefly in your head when you realize you're not getting hit markers, you know you're already dead.
Two days? I'm lucky if I get two good games..
Ran like a champ tonight. Annoying. This back and forth is annoying. If they are searching by location they need to change it to search for ping first or whatever Muffin said in his video.
You know what? To my complete surprise I was host in a game yesterday, and I'm wondering how many times this has happened, because, I joined a game and found two clan members in it, after that match, I didn't notice they left the lobby to invite me, (we weren't using team speak) and I went into the next match. Anyway, as the game was setting up, I saw the invite message, but had to wait until the game started, as I left, I noticed in the top left of the screen it said, searching for new host, so like I said all along, my internet is just fine, its not my set up like people keep saying it is. Its all down to the WiiU and their codes or servers, something is just not compatible, that's why this thread, several pages of it, hasn't got an answer, they won't/can't admit they can't fix it and nothing will change. They know if they say it can't be fixed and there's nothing they can do, and the games performance will remain poor, no one else that reads it will buy this junk..
