I have gone through the returns process to get a working portal for Skylanders Giants on the Wii.
It says I need to return the portal but does not give me an address to do so.
The returns section of the support site says I will need to print the label I will get as an email but the email I got does not include an address or label.
What have I missed Activision? And why is your support system quite difficult to use and to actually be able to get in contact with anyone seems near impossible!
