The end connection is still peers to one peer, so there is still p2p activity in the connections...
Again, you are welcome.
No... the end connection is one host to many clients in a listen server network configuration. They aren't peers.
The more you know.
You're more than welcome.
P.S. -- I like how my use of "you're welcome" is catching on.
To me they are a letdown, but at the same time, what is their real purpose as a weapon class. I was asking that before the game even came out, and still don't know the answer. I think what they are supposed to do, and what they actually do is also different.
Yes, but the "listen server" is an actual xbox 360, which one of your peers is playing on, yes its called a listen server configuration, but its still peers connecting to one peer to play the game. So there is p2p activity, its just piggy backed off one xbox to be the host. And who is running the xbox? Well thats one of the peers playing the game...
Ok, so had to boast about this somewhere. Sorry, I really am not in the habit of doing this, but am allowing myself a Tarzan moment this one time. Best 1 game KDR ever for me.
Went 24-1 on Stonehaven HC TDM Friday night, using the HB equipped with burst and a vmr, playing in the center of the map. Was running a support killstreak, satcom, ammo, bvs. Ammo came in real handy, but all kills were by the HB.
