      Start screen. Here you can link your platforms and choose the profile you want to manage:


      Home screen. Here you can see your soldier, news and clan invites. You can also access you frien dlist from right bottom corner or the menu from bottom left corner.


      My Profile. Here you can check your stats and access your squad members and clan.


      Create a soldier. Here you can change the looks and loadouts of your squad members. Selecting the wrench icon takes you to the appearance settings.




      My clan. Here you can manage your clan including the emblem, name, members and all other useful stuff.


      Clan Wars. From here you can access the clan wars when one is on. Battling out against other clans for the victory.


      Clan Chat. Here you can chat with your clan members who are online. Discuss about your strategies or just chit chat.


      Find and Join Clans. From here you can see clans made by your friends and other clans the members of the community have made. Check them out and request to join if you want.




      1. What is the Call of Duty App?
      The Call of Duty App is the mobile companion to the new generation of Call Of Duty. The app will provide intel for Call of Duty: Ghosts, as well as deliver new experiences that players have yet to see in a Call of Duty game. The app is similar in nature to its predecessor Elite, but will expand in several key areas such as a player’s profile and the status of their Clan. At the same time, the app will venture into new experiences with the introduction of Clan Wars.


      2. Which platforms support the Call of Duty App?
      The Call of Duty App is designed to work hand-in-hand with the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts.


      3. On which devices can the Call of Duty App be used?
      The Call of Duty App can be used on any iOS or Android mobile device or tablet. See the full list of compatible devices.


      4. What are Clan Wars?
      Clan Wars is a new Call of Duty App game mode that ties directly into Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer, allowing you and your friends to compete with other Clans to earn bonus Multiplayer XP and special items for your Call of Duty: Ghosts Squad Members. Within the Call of Duty App, you will be able to see how your Clan has progressed through Clan Wars, and get up-to-date stats on each game mode to you can better position yourself on the leaderboards.       5. How do I join a Clan?
      Joining a Clan has never been easier. Just go to the main menu and select Find & Join Clans. From there, you will be given a list of your friend's Clans, as well as selection of recommended Clans. If none of these suit you, you can either search for a Clan or create your own.


      6. How do I manage a Clan?
      Clan Management has been revamped, allowing you to join, create, and manage a Clan all within the Call of Duty App. You can also communicate with your friends using the app's Clan Chat and Rally-Up features. There's also a new touch-based Emblem Editor, allowing you to create the emblem that best represents your Clan.


      7. How do I manage my stats and loadouts?
      The Call of Duty App includes some of the best and most popular features from Call of Duty Elite, including tracking your career stats like Kill/Death ratio, Winn/Loss ratio, and hours played, as well as the ability to check out the stats of a friend or a rival, and the ability to edit your Squad and push loadouts to the game.


      8. Is the Call of Duty App required to play Call of Duty: Ghosts?
      The Call of Duty App is not required to play Call of Duty: Ghosts. However, the Call of Duty App will add another dimension to your Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer experience by providing personalized, context-specific information and features during and beyond your play session, as well as the all-new Call of Duty Clan Wars game mode.


      9. Will the Call of Duty App support other Call of Duty titles?
      The new Call of Duty App will not support prior Call of Duty games, as it is designed to work hand-in-hand with Call of Duty: Ghosts. The current Call of Duty Elite app will continue to support Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II for a limited time.


      10. If I have the current Call of Duty Elite App, will it automatically update to become the new Call of Duty App?

      No. The current Call of Duty Elite app will not update to become the new Call of Duty App for Call of Duty: Ghosts. The new Call of Duty App will be a separate app, which fans can download at their respective app store based on their supported mobile or tablet device.



      Once the new Call of Duty App is downloaded, fans still using the Call of Duty Elite app for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II will easily be able to switch back and forth between apps.

      11. I am a Call of Duty Elite Founder. What does this mean for me?
      As a Founding Member of Call of Duty Elite, you get to keep your special emblem and it will be still displayed in your playercard in the Call of Duty App.

      12. If I choose not to use the Call of Duty App, will other players with the Call of Duty App have an unfair advantage in Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer?
      No, the Call of Duty App does not provide any unfair gameplay advantage in Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer.


      COD App Blank Screen/Infinite Loading Issues:

      If you are experiencing blank screens or infinite loading issues when navigating the Call of Duty App, you should first restart your device and then retry the app.

      There may also be an issue with your connection. We recommend using all apps on a strong Wi-Fi connection. 3G/4G and hotspot internet connections can be unstable.

      If restarting your device does not resolve the issue, try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Refer to your device's instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling apps.

      If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please make sure all of your profile information is up to date:

      1. On a desktop or laptop PC, go to callofduty.com and log in to your Call of Duty account.
      2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Profile.
      3. Check to ensure that you have set a Security Question.
        1. Click Edit next to Security Question.
        2. Select a security question and answer if you have not already done so, then click Save Changes.
      4. Make sure the email used for the account has been verified by clicking the email verification link in the email sent after registering.
      5. Make sure that the appropriate Xbox Live, PSN ID, or Steam ID is linked to your profile.
