You have to check it with Activision to see if your account is indeed corrupted or not. But try to clear and re-download the game's title updates first and check if the error will appear again. To clear the title updates go to System Settings. Once you're there go to Storage then proceed to All Devices. Select My Games and Apps and look for BO2. Delete all the title updates for the game and restart your console. Launch the game to download the deleted files.
