I have a broken Chop Chop from Skylanders (Series 2) and a broken Gill Grunt Series 2 but the warranty/support page won't accept the model numbers eventhough they are correct. I get an error message. The link for further assistance does not work. I am in Canada and there's no number to call. Help please.
You stated that you get an error message when your inputting the model numbers. Can you let me know what the error message states?
Can you also clarify for me that the model number you are inputting is located under the figure?
