I got a personalization code that im gonna redeem at callofduty.com but when im redeeming the code it says "the code is invalid".
When im going to Activision support it says "SORRY, AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED.".
What to do
A month later and they still can't fix the problem. Explains the reason actvision drops a brand new game that makes consoles freeze. I am very frustrated with activision as you can tell and the amount of effort I Put in to contact you has been exhausting.

Im getting this error as well its dumb i literally just bought a 10 pack of monster just for the xp and the codes giving me a error ?! Can yall please help

my cd key had been already in use as i expect, and the will not help me a descent way.
i only being directed to the activision support site .. as i try to log in with my account and being redirected to Call of Duty® - Unexpected Error !
and still its not possible for me to play my new game of call of duty black ops !!!
Yes this is a headache. I need to contact support and I keep getting the "unexpected erro" message (mostly in spanish for some reason..) I tried to contact their facebook after not understanding any other modes of contact, and after one response they seemed satisfied to so stop talking to me. It was pretty devastating.
