The Fresh Start description did say "everything", but it doesn't stay true to its words as it doesn't reset the leaderboards. It doesn't makes sense for a player to have different stats after Fresh Start compare to their leaderboards because it didn't reset with everything else. It should be parallel, if a player hit Fresh Start their leaderboards should reset as well.
So i take it you wanted to look good on the leaderboard "Hey look how fantastic i am", well you'll just have to live with what you've got. Good or bad it's only a game and if you're not in the top 0.3% of outstanding players it's not going to change your life, or make people like you more. So just take a deep breathe relax and try to enjoy it for what it is, A GAME.
What's up with the load of assumptions and being judgmental? The point is that the Fresh Start should stay true to it's words; as it should reset "everything". On the note; reasons why someone uses fresh start is non of anyone's business.
This is an old thread and Fresh Start should not have these issues anymore. I have a secondary account that I will re-set this weekend and report back with to test it out.
Tested and Fresh Start works 100% now.
It flat out states when you hover over "fresh start" that it WILL reset EVERYTHING. But this is not the case. Even in the Q&A it says that one of the functions of fresh start is to clear the multiplayer leader board.
I did the same thing and agree. TopFighter, is Treyarch aware that Fresh Start does nothing to the multiplayer stats? The wording is VERY misleading and either the wording needs to be altered or the stats should actually reset as stated.
