Black Ops II Technical Support

Cant run

Hello..I have a problem that everytime i want to play BO2 on PC,sometimes just runes to the menu screen,and when it does,then the graphics keeps Lagging,changing colours and then it freezes..I want to play Can you help me? Otherwise,if youll find a solution,ill be the happiest man ever

Have you tried lowering the graphic settings in the game to the lowest settings to check if the game will still freeze?

Check the overall system requirement of the game to see if everything is set. PC Specifications & Technology Enhancements Intel

If it will still not work, try verifying game integrity.

Go to Steam>>Library>>Right-click on BO2>>go to Properties>>Select Local Files>> Verify Game Integrity

You need to meet the minimum system requirements for you to run the game properly. Here are the requirements for the game.
