Embelem Ban: No Warning First Offence

OK so I just started playing Cod bo2 again and the other week I changed my embelem to a swastika and as it is a Hindu symbol I don't know why I got banned from the emblem editor ? . The problem is that I did not in anyway get warned and this was my first offence on the Cod Code of Conduct it is said on multiple offences the person will be permanently banned but this was my first time I had the swastika. Why did I get permanently banned and why can I not have a symbolthat expresses peace and wellbeing, in my culture this isn't offensize at all and I'm saddnend that I was banned for showing it. And if I can't appeal for an unban well then that is unjust. !

Really sorry to hear this, bro, but like what Shadowelite said, there's really nothing that can be done anymore. You can check out the link he gave, but bans are final and there's really nothing support can do about it. You can check on this link for more details about support's response for bans: http://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Temporary-or-Permanent-Ban/
