I have recently just pre-ordered COD Ghost from GameStop. I got the receipt and confirmation email but no codes for any of the bonus material that was promised with my order to GameStop. I only ordered from GameStop because you get the ghost character and the ghost camo from what I've heard not seen. Is the deadline up for the camo? or should I be waiting for something? I sent a email to GameStop but no answer yet. Any help is MUCH appreciated!

I got mine at Gamestop as well a few weeks ago and confirmed then that the camo offer had already ended. As far as the other unlocks go, I was told that I would get a code on my receipt when I picked up the game. Much like how it worked for the Season Pass preorder this year.
Sorry to hear about the content not pushing to your account. I know that certain areas only had select retailers participating in this. Can you let me know what region you preordered the game from, as well as what version?
I agree with Megadog - this sounds like a Game Stop issue.
