Tranzit Easter Egg (Tower of Babble)
Needs 4 Players. (Now can be done with 2 for Richtofen's Side.)
Step 1: Building the Obelisk Table
Grab the Meteorite from the hole in the wall at the Bus Depot.
Retrieve the board. (Found either in the tunnel or the bottom floor of the power room in the dark corner by the bridge, or on top of the barrels)
Grab the radio. (Can be found on top of the cabinet in the garage in the diner, on top of the bookshelf in Nacht Der Untotun)
Grab the electrical box which is on the wall to the left of the fridge in farm house.
ONCE THE TABLE IS BUILT, QUIT THE GAME AND START AGAIN AS THE TABLE WILL ALWAYS BE THERE ONCE YOU HAVE BUILT IT ONCE.
Easter Egg (Dr Maxis)
Step 2: Turn on the power
Turn on the power and release the Avogadro. Once the creature is released Dr Maxis will talk telling you to turn the power off. If you choose to turn the power off you have taken the route of Dr Maxis for the Easter Egg. If you leave the power on, you will choose the route of Richtofen.
Step 3: Power the Obelisk (Dr Maxis)
For this step you will need 2 players to each have a turbine (This can be built at the bus depot if you haven’t built it yet), and 1 player will need to have the EMP grenades. You need to place 1 turbine either side of the Obelisk and then you need to wait for the Avogadro to arrive at the pylon. When the Avogadro is underneath the pylon, the player with the EMP grenades must throw 1 grenade at the Avogadro to kill him.
Step 4: Requires More Power
For this step you will need all 4 players to have a turbine. (An update: It is not needed to have 4 turbines for definite, you can have just 2 turbines and place them one each at a lampost. They are not needed at the obelisk. Information provided by clarky2142) Once all 4 players have a turbine you will need to have 2 players each placed at one of the green glowing lamp posts (Recommended ones to stay at are the bus depot and the diner lamp posts) and you will need to have the other 2 players at the obelisk. Once you are all in place, you must place 2 turbines either side of the Obelisk and the other 2 players must place their turbines in front of the 2 lamp posts.
Once this is done you will soon receive the Tower of Babble Achievement/Trophy.
Easter Egg (Richtofen)
Step 2: Turn on the power
Turn on the power and release the Avogadro. Once the creature is released Dr Maxis will talk telling you to turn the power off. If you choose to turn the power off you have taken the route of Dr Maxis for the Easter Egg. If you leave the power on, you will choose the route of Richtofen. The player who controls the character Sam will be the only one who hears the voice of Richtofen telling them to keep the power on and start to build a jet gun.
Step 3: Building the Jet Gun (Richtofen)
To build the Jet Gun you must find the 4 different parts that make the weapon.
The first part which is the jet engine itself can be found in the tunnel that you drive through when going from the bus depot to the diner.
The second part which is the wires is found in the power plant on the same level as the catwalk. It can be on top of barrels or on the ground.
The third part is the handle for the gun. This part can be found in Nacht Der Untotun which is apart of the Tranzit map. To get to there you must jump off at the lampost by the cornfield, run straight into the cornfield along the path, take the first left and continue running. As you are running you will find a small opening on the right and that path will lead to Nacht Der Untotun. The handle for the Jet Gun is found within the building.
The fourth part for the gun is the gauge. This component is found in the hunters cabin. To get to the hunters cabin you need to run from the power station to the town. As you are running stick to the left of the road and eventually there will be an opening on the left to run into the fields. Once you are running along that path you will see the hunters cabin. In there is where the gauge is located.
Once you have all 4 parts of the Jet Gun you must assemble the gun in the construction table in the bar in town.
Step 4: Power the Obelisk (Richtofen)
If you are looking at this section, you have chosen to take the path of Richtofen. To power the obelisk you must shoot the Jet Gun at the meteorite at the Obelisk under the pylon to allow the obelisk to receive element 115. Now that you have enebled the obelisk to receive element 115, you must stand under the pylon and kill zombies under the pylon to allow the obelisk to absorb the power from the zombies. Any weapon is allowed to kill the zombies, there is no specific weapon that you must use!
Step 5 : Reduce the Power
Once the pylon has received enough power you will hear the voice of Richtofen telling you to reduce the power because the pylon is overpowering.
Step 5 can be very expensive and cost you a lot of points. To do step 5 you must make sure that all 4 players have the EMP grenade that you can retrieve from the mystery box. Once you have all got EMP grenades that one player must stand by the green flashing lamp posts located at each of the 4 locations (diner, bus depot, town, power station) Once there is 1 player at each location you must all throw 1 EMP grenade at the lamp post at the same time to stop the lamp posts from receiving power. Once this is done the light in the lamp post will start to make purple sparkles and then you will receive the Tower of Babble Achievement/Trophy.
ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ONE OF THE PATHS TO THE EASTER EGG, YOUR PROGRESS WILL BE SAVED SO THAT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO DO THIS EASTER EGG AGAIN FOR THAT PATH. IF YOU WISH TO DO THE OTHER PATH TO THE EASTER EGG ONCE YOU HAVE DONE ONE THEN YOU ARE STILL ABLE TO DO THAT, ALL THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IS TURNING THE SWITCH ON/OFF.
Thanks for reading and I hope that this helps.
If there is any more news about the Dr Maxis side to the Easter Egg then I will make sure to update this discussion, because I think that there is more to that side of the Easter Egg than we know at the moment.

What happens if you do both during the same game? Would be much harder, however it is still possible. You would just have to make another lap and turn the power on/off depending on which side of the egg you did first. Also, I think the Tower of Babel is going to turn into a pyramid somehow by the way and angle that the lights travel upwards to it. Maybe making a second controlling device for the zombies since the tower is a radio tower after all. Idk just my thoughts. Lemme know what you find. If you have a headset and wanna play to help figure all this out, my name is CanYouPhase904 on PS3 or Pumba88 on Xbox360.
So a few things....
1. You can do both paths of the Easter egg in one game. It's best to start with Maxis's EE. It can be done around round 5 once the Avagadro appears inside the obelisk.
2. The build table for the Navcard reader is under the pylon/obelisk in the corn maze. It will be on the left side if you are coming from the farm to power. Look for the second entrance past the lava. Go in then left, right, left and you will be at the blinking light pylon. The build table is invisible. As you enter it will be on the right side of the fence near the middle.
3. For Richtofen's EE, you NEED explosive weapons to kill the zombies and release the element 115. NGTZombies tried stating in their video that you didn't need explosive weapons. This was incorrect. If you watch their video, one member of their party had a ray gun. My friends and I argued and spent like 10 rounds killing zombies under the pylon with no luck. We came back the next day with Mustang n Sally and was done with the step within 2 rounds.
4. Tips: Prep, Prep, prep. Make sure in a previous game you have a good 100,000 in the bank and have a Mustang n Sally, upgraded War Machine or Skullcrusher (M16) in the fridge. This will help you be prepared on round 1 of the game you intend to do the EE on. This is how my friends and I completed it yesterday. One if the guys in our party used 90,000 points to finally get his EMP grenades. That was the hardest part.
Highly recommended to leave a few walkers on round 1. Go to the bank and pull out like 20,000. Build the navcard reader and jet gun before ending the round. You could be done with both paths by round 10.
Im trying to do Richtophen. I will play with you until you get it and I wont leave. Looking for the same. My Xbox GT is: itzsilentbison
I have already done Maxis. I know how to build the table, the jet gun and the the steps from there. Just need peeps to stay long enough to get EMP's.
i wikll help we can do it with just 2 its had but can be done just requires us to do everything to be done in short amount of time we throw the emp and the same time jump in the teleporter at the same time and throw the next one them moment we have made it through but its hard if you are up for the challege we can post it to youtube
Step 4: Power the Obelisk (Richtofen)
If you are looking at this section, you have chosen to take the path of Dr MAXIS???.
1) i've seen a video where they only used 2 turbines for the last step of maxis where he requires more power... They didn't put any at the obelisk.
2) You can also do Richtofens with 2 players with EMPs instead of 4.... 2 people EMP the lights, jump in the portals, turn around and EMP the lights again = 4 EMP'ed lights.
Still certain there is something to do after the achievement, it's too easy, whereas all the blackops ones took ages and had loads more steps
Haha sorry for the Typo lol. It's fixed now. Thanks for the update about being able to do Richtofens side of the easter egg with two people, it is good to know and may come in handy for some people who aren't able to always have 4 players ready to do it. I also still think that there is more to do after the achievement/trophy because I too think that this easter egg is kind of easy compared to something like moon and shangri-la. And also becase there has been a reward at the end of every easter egg to date and at the moment there is no reward for this one, that seems a bit odd of treyarch to have done.
