Agreed.

I fail to see the need for this thread... especially when there is no real basis as to why you think this.

If you want my opinion, I think you are wrong. Richtofen proved throughout the storyline how clever he was. Creating teleportation devices that then doubled as time travelling units. He also created powerful wonder weapons and gained access to an ancient device that was designed to be a gateway to the aether.

Maxis' levels of intelligence were not exactly measured throughout the storyline, but was hinted at. From what we know, Richtofen proved to be the more intelligent.
