I've discussed this with some of my CoD addicted friends, and there was a unanimous decision that there should be all the Black Ops 2 Multiplayer maps available as Zombies maps, and Green Run should be available as a Multiplayer map, as the different locations (Depot, Diner, Farm, Power Station and Town, although these would all be ridiculously small (yet very very fun)) and the entirety of Green Run (without the fog) as the first map for a special game mode in which there could be up to 24 or 36 players playing on huge maps. We also agreed that this would be an amazing dlc, a bit like the Rezurrection DLC from Black Ops 1. Please please do something about this, Treyarch/Activision, i would be eternally grateful and stuff
yessss 24-36 players on 1 map. cause games arent laggy enough you feel doubling or tripling the amount of players would be a great idea? sorry but this is just a haneous idea. town and farm would be overrun with riot sheilds and shotguns. everyone but 2 or 3 people would be set up sniping somewhere on green run.
not to mention the amount of bs they would have to do to tie all the MP maps into the zombies storyline. i think its stretched far enough with what we have now. you and your friends have not thought this through very well and its a total waste of thinking.
I love the idea of 30 or more players ina zombie game. Imagine how long the games would be! What Treyarch really needs to do is make some huge zombie world where anyone can just join and leave at their own will. It'd be like jioning the apocalypse with your friends.
The game is not an RPG. I've said that 3 times today. Play something like Left 4 Dead or Left 4 Dead 2 if you want something similar to that.
yea the concept of having a map that supported that many players is great. but be realistic. you can come and go in custom games. i know its only 4 players, but didnt you ever do the 8 player lobby glitch? i did it a bunch and i would say 70% of the time is was extremely laggy.
having a lobby of 24-36 players is ridiculous. frame rate would be shit. half your bullets wouldnt register. the concept is something that im sure has crossed most of our minds at one point, but its just not feasable. the amount of bandwith required to hold that kind of lobby with a high frame rate would cost too much for activision/3arch to even consider it.
i know that google has just started internet service called google fiber. 100 down 100 up. would be interesting if that takes off what the future of online gaming holds. then maybe this idea would become practical.
sorry chicken i can be a bit "bold" sometimes.
Ok so you guys are right, fair enough, we didn't think the huge multiplayer thing through, although it would be a helluvalota fun but you gotta admit, it would be awesome to see the Multiplayer maps Zombified
