PLEASE IF ANYONE FROM ACTIVISION OR ANYONE CAN HELP ME IT WOULD BE GREAT.
so i normally dont sign in on my ipad cause i have it set as keep me logged in. well yesterday i open app to check my clan learderboards of which i am the leader, and it sends me to login page, so i log in and all my xbox stats and learderboards are still there until i try and look up MY CLAN, and it never gave me that options all it said was find/create clan.
i had to search my own clan up and i was able to look at rosters, where my gamertag used to be, it said CLASSIFIED????!?!?!??!?!?!?!
please help me if u have any ideas , unfortunately ACTIVION doesn't have real customer support. please i need help!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd start with clearing your data on the app and logging in again. This could clear it right up for you but if not then you should contact Beachhead Studios for help.
ok well ive tryed signing out and i vene deleted the app, but even on my xbox it says im not part of a clan
who is BEACHhead Studios and do they have customer service number i can call?
Beachhead built the app and manages it. So they would be the ones in a position to help you.
I have the same problem before.
I believe this is happening because you linked your gamertag/SEN ID to your second COD account. If you have an old account, try to link it back to your gamertag. Then you should see your leadership restored.
