So I've heard a rumor that your kill streak rewards will no longer be awarded by how many kills you get without dying but how many kills you get in total. For Example: 30 total kills will get you a chopper gunner rather than 11 in a row. This will help encourage more players to rush into the fight and be more aggressive rather than sit in a corner for the whole match and try to get a nuke. Can anybody confirm that this will be in Black Ops or is it just a rumor?
First, there is no Nuke. Secondly, KillStreak kills will not help you get another KillStreak (ex. You get a Predator and it kills 2 people, you will not be awarded a Harrier. You have to get 2 more kills with your gun).
this is an idea that i think involves you having to be at the top of the leader boards in one game to be able to use a chopper gunner the next game. i dont want to wait a game to use my chopper, nor do i want to join a lobby only to get owned by some guys chopper when the game begins, with me not being there to have a say weather he gets his chopper in the last game.
