Is generally a memory error. I'd first remove completely and then reinstall ideally in safe mode or at minimum with any AV off your graphics driver.  

 

Questions: What are your PC specs (version of Windows, CPU, GPU, RAM)? Was the game working properly beforehand? Have you modified any of the game files (e.g. Configuration, etc)?
