[MEGATHREAD] PC: Black Ops 4 Game Crashes

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 PC

Windows version: Windows 10 Pro
GPU: PNY NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB
GPU Driver Version: 25.21.14.1694
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz, 3501 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 16GB
Install Location: D:\Blizzard Games\Call of Duty Black Ops 4
SSD or HDD: SSD, Samsung Evo 850 (500GB)

Having issues getting the dump files to open, so can't copy that to you.

The bug I experience is sometimes when booting up the game, at the main menu when it tells me about current updates and Special Orders, the game will crash back to desktop, without me doing anything. Restarting the game allows me to play normally. This seems to happen everyday, the first time I start the game it'll make it to the Special Orders update screen, then crashes.

I think I may have figured it out

I have a Asus Motherboard with Aura on it

I realized that when BO4 launches it attempted to change the color of my motherboard and Strix GTX 1070ti

I uninstalled Aura Software and it booted

This might fix it for people with Aura Installed.

Windows version:10
GPU:950 Ti
GPU Driver Version:25.21.14.1634
CPU:Intel i7-6700K 4.0Ghz (running @ 4.6Ghz, I also tried running the CPU at 4.0 - 4.4 Ghz and the results were the same)
RAM:32Gb
Install Location:E:\Call of Duty Black Ops 4
SSD or HDD: HDD

Game can start up fine and sometimes crash, most of the time it will crash in the lobby or during a game. This sometimes then results in a BSOD
alsmost immediatley after the fatal error message, closes the game down. All drivers are up to date, all applications closed down,
apart from twitch and firefox.

FIXED -->> [Disable AHK before running the game]

Computer Specifications:

Windows version: Win 10 Pro (17763.55)
GPU: Radeon RX 480
GPU Driver Version: 18.10.1
CPU: i5-4690K @4.7 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
SSD or HDD: SSD

Issue Experienced:

Game crashes/exits on startup/launch before getting to the main menu (exits cleanly to desktop without error message).
MY SOLUTION: Kill all running instances of AHK (AutoHotKey) before launching the game fixes it. So is this intended, or a false-positive of a new anti-cheat measure?
