Hey, I'm sorry about that. There are a few things you can try to see if it helps:

-Check to see if your NAT type appears Open in the games network settings. If it shows as Strict or Moderate you can try to port forward to open your NAT. If you have access to your router you can head here, it can help guide you on how to port forward: https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Port-Forward-and-NAT-FAQ

If you'd prefer you can as well contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance with port forwarding

-If your NAT type is Open you can try to change the DNS settings on your system to Google or Cloudfare DNS and see if that helps
