No Re-roll in black market

After giving up 4 crates at the black market, and recieving 3 dupes you expect a re-roll. Though there was none.  Maybe I was going crazy missed an item so opened a fourth.  Low and behold another dupe. Yet this time I paid attention to the orange card icons indicating dupes. Two before the final and fourth opened. And still 2 after. Crazy????  Now I opened a fifth and still only have nothing to show for it.  Except maybe still the ywo dupe icons.    

 

Whats going on?

It might just be me but than I still like to know what causes this. Why I stay on the two duplicate flags even after opening a new case containing a dupe.

Just to check I opened a case, even now a sixth case is shown as my second dupe.

First off thanks @Mast3R3608 for trying to help with this one. This issue was actually fixed earlier this week. You are still seeing it today? Also, just to be clear, but the issue you are seeing is that you are getting dupes from crates, getting the dupe re-roll icons, and then on the last one the re-roll isn't working?

Hi, I am sorry to hear about the black market crates issue. Do you still have this issue after 12 hours past? I would suggest you take a video of recording as proof. If this is still happening you can use the link here

If you use facebook just click "send message" on the page and report this issue up for the official support along with the video that you've been recorded so they could investigate this issue.

Yeah 12 hours later making short vid. It still happened. Not using facebook so not sure how to send it. Reported but seems its only me encountering it.

Yes, I can see it's probably a small glitch. I do suggest you try to restore the database by doing hard restart can view this link if you are on ps4 https://www.playstation.com/en-nz/get-help/help-library/system---hardware/power---system-stability/s...
If this doesn't work then I can suggest you get on hold with official support via Facebook or Twitter or agents chat to get further assists and report

In other words I lost them.

 

Hard restart, had to rebuild my ps4 since my hdd was fried. May first. So did a full new system install.

May 5th all was working fine and even gave me some stuff.

One update later and it is not working.

Guess I am just screwed.

That was true. The third icon/re-roll never accured and stayed on the 2 lit up.

And yes since yesterday the re-roll does work again after getting that third dupe.

Does not take away the fact some re-rolls/cases were taken.
