what is your console nat type, what is your game nat type. what steps have you took to try to fix this problem. are you wired or wireless. have you ran any network test. have you called your ISP...
Ho cambiato le impostazioni dell' IP e l'ho messo statico sia dal router sia dall'xbox il NAT ho controllato ed è aperto e sono connesso via LAN con la fibra ottica.
Nonostante tutto oggi dopo 1/2 ore mi ha disconnesso dai server, addirittura ho dovuto riavviare la console perché non mi si connetteva ad internet.
Ripeto questo problema l'ho riscontrato solo in blackout, in multiplayer e zombie non ho mai avuto problemi!!!

I really didn't want to buy BO4 as I was over the COD franchise, but my mates talked me into it, so I bit the bullet, so to speak! Since I started playing it, I've had nothing but server issues, dropping out on me as I'm about to start a multiplayer game. While I'm waiting to start a game, I constantly get dropped back into the title screen, if I'm lucky enough to get into to a game it'll drop me out at the end of it, hence I get no progress at all!!! Frustrating as hell. I'm really at the end of my tether, TREYARCH need to get their ***** together and fix this already, instead of rubbing their *****ing hands together when the $$$$$$$$$$ come in! and *****ing well give the people what they paid for! I'm gonna say it right now, Treyarch give me my *****ing money back as I'm over trying to play your broken *****ing game, your greed sickens me!!!!!!!! give me my CASH back so I can put it into a game that a developer actually gives a ***** about their buyers! I want my money back, you know who I am!!!! PS I will not apologise for my profanities as I'm pissed of with this *****!!!!!

Blizzard/activision as of right now are having this same issue on more than just this game alone. It is also happening on D3 on another console the Switch. Im not sure about whats going on with the company at all but the network needs work... a lot of work. There are a lot of people experiencing problems with your network server connection and its not just happening to a couple... its happening a lot. On top of that with more thannone game with more than one platform... its evident your neglecting people right now and i dont know if its all of us or just targeted groups. Either way its on your end not our connections... i was fine before this update. Same as when your D3 update for a different platform. Figure it out and fix it please. I cant play any of the games ive purchased from you guys blizzard or activition...
I am also having issues with disconnecting while playing I ran every network test on my gears 4 xbox and everything is good have a solid speed of 138mps nat type open I will start a game and play 2 to 3 minutes some more some less then connection interruption and kicked to main menu no XP and some how my double XP gets lost as well and yesterday by multiple times it would connect to hc domination then freeze or stay stuck on the load screen fix asap please didnt spend 65$ to play frozen games and for a multitrillion $ corporation think would have the top of the line dedicated servers
I am having the same problems as everyone else start a game freezes so I dashboard my Xbox launch the game again might get lucky 3x out of 10 play for a minute or two and says connection interruption then get kicked to the main menu no xp earned for any weapon or player
This server disconnect in the middleof a game or boot out to home screen is making this game no fun. Now it's telling me to delete the game and try to resync it. Never again buying digital copy First time I did it and have nothing but problems
