I have look up for updates for the computer online and there is nothing. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue?

How can we help? we need more info about your computer (os,cpu,gpu,ram...) i had the same problem with my networkcard (bigfoot killergaming) and if you get a blue screen look what it says like (xenoWin7x64.sys) or take a photo of your blue screen and upload it!
