Dude...did you even read what I said? With the amount of emps flying around maps on a daily basis things like guardians and sentry guns get destroyed instantly by a player with half a braincell.
I only want it to be not so EFFORTLESSLY easy to wipe out a 700 score + scorestreak with one bloody emp grenade. I'm not asking for hyperbole city like the garbage you sarcasticly replyed with.
My suggestion is balanced, and not overpowered. Do you play domination?
I play CTF. I don't believe in mindless spawn trapping that idiots can do. Hope that answers your question. 700 score isn't much in Domination. You get a free 25 score when you call in lethal streaks and camp on a flag you hold. Go for higher streaks. Domination already overly rewards players for objective play as it is.
Edit: If it was 50 for a kill like it was when the game launched may be I'd think differently.
Yeah I play Domination and it's insanely easy to get streaks you can easily get 700 points on the opening move depending on how the enemy team is playing. The fact that in any give Dom game I can EMP 2-4 sentries and guardians each. Oh and let's not forget about running Hardline makes it even easier for people to spam their sentries and guardians. If you are that much problem with EMP grenades run streaks that can't be EMPed such as Stealth and Escort Drone then subject matter would move to lauchers.

As an AM competitive player, I'm not so sure about this buff idea. I think it would be fine in pubs, but on the competitive side it could be a problem. The problem is that in competitive, sentry guns would be way to difficult to take out now because then you would have to get past two-three trophy systems (competitive players always have several trophy systems guarding sentries) and then you would have to have two emp's to actually kill it. It's difficult enough as it is to kill sentry guns, but this would be absurdly overpowered. Of course, you could always use a black hat to get rid of a sentry, but it would take way to much time to get to a spot where the sentry can't shoot you and you actually use the black hat. More than likely, you would be killed by an enemy in this amount of time.
Here's a great idea for Hardwired:
"Immune to EMP, Counter UAV, and the detection effects of Engineer"
(but equipment can still be hacked if they are visibly seen).
**This also means that with the combination of Engineer and Hardwired, enemy Care Packages that you sabotage cannot be detected by enemy Engineers, but they can still be disarmed.**
OR, maybe hardwired could prevent equipment from being hacked altogether, but that could end up being overpowered.

if hardwired is equipped and score streak is deployed
then emp shall temporaily disable scorestreak item (like concusion).
if 2 emp present
either temp disable longer or destroy.
Seem a bit too strong, but I've also thought hardwired needs more. Some ideas I've had to buff hardwired are: double area of effect for thrown emp nades, use a black hat twice or without it being consumed at all, resistant to targeting from ground streaks agr and sentry gun and delay or decrease damage from guardian, (worst idea) being hit by an emp nade gives you painkiller.
How about giving Hard Wired the delay to triggered explosives instead of Engineer? I mean I run Engineer sometimes and I don't need the trigger because I already see the enemy equipment anyway.
