As a gamer I want to play, as a paying customer I want to know what is going on. If companies keep silent then all that happens is more problems occur. It isn't hard for a spokesperson to answer these questions. So please sort it out and give your paying customers and fellow gamers some peace of mind before people start talking about more serious ways of getting their money back.
Still no response from the company, do they care or are they a money grabbing corporation ???
