Target Finder in Call of Duty: Ghosts?

Call of Duty Ghosts General Discussion

Target Finder in Call of Duty: Ghosts?

The title says it all.  Will the Target Finder be in Call of Duty: Ghosts (or something similar to the Target Finder)?  This is going to be the ultimate deciding factor on if I buy the game or not.  If I can get an answer from someone who actually works at Infinity Ward, that would be nice.  But otherwise, I would like a source that proves your answer.  Thanks!

P.S.  And to those who just HAVE to know, I am a huge Target Finder hater.  So if it's in Ghosts, I'm not getting it.  That stupid attachment is way too overpowered.

I hope the sight is not in Ghosts...

... that said...

... not getting a game because of a single attachment is touch over the top to me.

That's my opinion but it should be yours ;-),

I really hope that IW doesn't have anything like the TF or MMS.

The MMS is no where near in the same league as the TF for being unbalanced. It's actually one of the few anti-camper measures TA implemented which works.

Limited range.

Slow scanning cycle.

Must be in direct line of sight while ADS.

Enemies must be stationary or very slow moving.

Does not magnify.

I would have no problem with it in Ghosts.

That's my opinion but it should be yours ;-),

I don't agree.

Imho MMS is way more game-breaking than TF (although the TF is extremely good as well)

TF:

You can see people better, but anyone else can see them too. (other than a few bugs where you can see through objects)

MMS:

You can see people anyone else can NOT see. It's not a problem in TDM, but a huge game-breaker in SnD. In SnD you need to camp or walk slowly, and you are forced to use Cold Blooded, just because of the MMS. Playing with an MMS vs. a non-CB team is an easy win.

@Topic: I do agree, TF shouldn't be in this game. Dual Band/Thermal is way more balanced, because it has a lot of downsides. A TF like in BO2, is OP

EDIT: Oops, didn't see this post was that old.

In SnD... what 2nd tier perk would you use other than CB? Blame the BO2 designers for caving into to anti-camping rants versus the sight itself but you have a perk that 100% makes it useless

The MMS is far, far less imbalanced than the TF.

Look at about 2:20 on the squads trailer, it's actually a little bit worse than the target finder.

It's worse than the TF because it clear up haze? Gimme a break.

It's limited to line of sight with a very narrpw FOV.

     Gimme a break.

It literally outlines the person AND it doesn't do anything about the haze.

You know I'm absolutely correct.
