Dude, Look up common sense. Then call your elementary school math teacher ask her if you can come over to slap her stupid.
it's math, not the game. averages always drop easier than going up. you know how it drops when you have a bad game and go 5-10? well, that means you need to score a 2:1 ratio on your next game to make up for it. much harder.
if you are using assault strike package, the scoreboard shows the kills with your killstreak rewards too, right? but tell me if i'm wrong: only the gun(and melee/lethal/tactical)kills count to your stats and that way to your KD?
Wrong! All kills and all deaths count towards your kd. Always have always will
ok, thank you! in that case i think they shouldn't be calculated like that, because if you hit that high streak and get something like helo pilot, you enter kind of like god mode when you can just kill everyone without being in a real danger. this is kind of unfair, because specialists and supports don't really get those like 15 extra kills per long streak. i think it should be something like 1 killstreak reward kill counts as like 1/2 or 1/3 kills. just my opinion
Why should people than can stay alive for 12-16 kills not be awarded for kills there high-end kill streaks get? Support is not in the game to get kills it is there to help you support you're team. Specialist is in the game for people that want that ultimate class. so please explain how it is unfair that someone who doesn't die and gets a helo or Loki is able to rack up kills over the support or specialist when for 1 support doesn't reset on death if they had something like a helo (which they do by the way you just have to be a good sniper and have awareness) and the specialist is meant to make you better solo
it's not about getting kills, it's about calculating ratio. if you play game 30k30d by getting streak of one 30 times compared to if you make streak of 20 gunkills + 10 kills by your dog and battle hind and then run and die 30 times in a row, you were more skilled because you made 10 more kills yourself, but you still got the same ratio. that "1/3 rule" shouldn't effect your game however, because on both cases you were just as useful for your team. also if you are skilled but just supporting your team tactically, you get lower kd than those "heroes" who are just as skilled as you. that is just my opinion on how that should be calculated and i don't think it would have a little chance to go through.
Not to be mean but you examples are flawed. I can run support or assault and still average the same amount of kills. if you want to make it that way then the squad mate, helo scout, support juggy and Odin should only count for 1/3 of a kill also seeing as if you are good those streaks from support could boost your kill count just as much as a assault streak. It's basically like you are complaining that better people can get better streaks and in such average a better K/D by doing so
i'm not complaining about anything. of course support streaks should count as 1/3 too. it's not about better players shouldn't get better kd, but kd maybe should be calculated of those kills you actually make yourself normal way, not by your squadmate or while you are flying on the sky and seeing through walls. and by supporting your team i meant rather sat coms and oracles, than those what actually make kills
Maybe? Pretty sure everything counts, even suicides.
