Could you please take a moment to reread your post and try to rephrase it? In its current state I'm not sure what your question is. Thank you.

Sometimes, after having a few, I like to listen to a little frisky radio, without any sound from the game!?  It helps me rely on different tactis, where I get a better because im just that much more cautious?

Definitely not. If you want to get better a the game learning to use the in-game sound to your advantage is crucial. Even without sound-whoring with a headset you should still learn to listen for your teams in-game call-outs and what they mean. Not to mention simple and obvious things like "We are losing A!" from the announcer really help.

listen to your at your house. I do not want to hear it through my headset because some on this game lack the common decency to realize this.  If I wanted to hear your music we would be roommates or some such. I wish I could reach through the internet and beat the snot out of some the dumbasses who do this.

Now to your question ,,no! you cannot hear foot steps or weapons being reloaded,, why deny one of your senses?

For some people I'm sure it helps. For me? Heck no! It drives me crazy. I want to focus on the game.
