DLC problems between profiles on the family PS4

I have an issue w My son and I's DLCs ( Namely the ghost mask....bought with BOTH my profile and my sons on the family PS4 as well as the Flag patch pack bought on my prof). They seem to randomly be installed on one acct or the other. We have to reinstall every time we play to both be able to use our own stuff. otherwise, once we turn off the game, the DLC's go to mine and NONE are available to my son. I have done what I can think of (reapply licenses, re-install game and redownload DLCs etc)  I appreciate your help and experience in advance to this issue.  Thank you.

Hey! That's micro dlc. Micro dlcs cannot be used by both account at the same time. If one account used that then the other account can no longer used that when playing splitcreen. Hope that helps!

Only the player 1 or the 1st account that signed in will be able to use the contents in the game. The contents will not be available to use in a split screen. Playing in a solo Multiplayer mode will allow all the accounts in the console to use the DLC though.
