It's a great idea. Too bad they've dropped the proverbial ball at a constant rate since the beginning. Elite was never really right and the app can be confusing at best for a lot of people. I still can't believe they left out non Win8 users on computers.

Well, I reached out to Beachhead. I gave them the link to this thread. The response:

@TreyBeachhead  G'day mate. Would you mind giving this a read --> from the cod forums, cheers.

  1. 13 hours
@Oz_Mick this is handled by activision customer support. There are many ways to reach them

hhhhmmmm. Thanks for letting me know that. So, Beachhead just tells folks to get Atvi Assist to fix such problems. Even though I saw another tweet where Trey Beachhead pretty much instantly fixed a guys "classified' problem. One word: frustrating.

Silly forum --> I copied the tweets into the thread. Then had to fart around for ages deleting links so I wasn't getting the "Your post is being moderated.) It was at a time of day when the mods were not on deck --> so I as impatient and just tried to get important info into the post. Frustration !!!!

I get the feeling Trey Beachhead did not even bother reading the port. It was a very curious answer to give the content I provided.

They seem very out of touch with the community. I really liked Elite, but support seemed non existent. Go figure.

It's just really amateurish from BH how they seem to operate. Emphasis the "seem". Maybe they are not given the resources,, as a result we point fingers at BH. Just my random thoughts without knowing.
