I am having the same problem (ps4)

I bought the hardened edition and tried to use the code for the season pass, it says thank you for entering your code and nothing downloads.

I do not see anything in the in-game store and am getting sick of it.

On every forum activision gives you advice and nothing works.

I want my season pass or my money back.

It still isn't working,

It's in my purchase history but not in my download list and if i want to download it again in the store i have to pay.

In the in-game store it also doesn't work.

Yeah im with josh, this is ridiculous!!! i had a reply from sony and they say its activision, so i go to the contact us page and i have more luck in finding Elvis then actually finding a number or email address this is robbery if anything!! i have payed for something and not received it!
