Ok so my brother can't log into his call of duty account and he has done everything but still has not receive a email to reset his password. So that why I'm on my account asking why has he not receive a email password reset.
He has check the email and everything is correct but no email has been sent to his email address?
I have also tested it out on my account by forgetting my password and I have also not receive any email to reset my password too.
So again i tested it out on my sister account by forgetting her password too and guess WHAT! NO EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT TO RESET PASSWORD.
So clearly there a problem on resetting password when three different people has not receive a email reset password.

yeah its the right email and yes he has check junk box and everything but still no email to reset password.
