live chat on elite! the support is terrible just read this session

Spoke to Four people on live chat about this issue in two days there customer service is a joke! I've been patient for weeks but now im starting to rage!

this is the last of 4 chat sessions i had today,

[09:05:01 AM] Dave Wakefield: You can create a new account on Elite and sync your gamer tag with the new account. Go to: https://profile.callofduty.com/p/register.act?elite=true

When you do this it will pull code info off the old account and sync it to the new account.

Check your junk and spam folders for the confirmation email.

[09:05:41 AM] : ive tried diferrent browsers clearing cookies and history . created a new account all ready! tried a diferent PC nothing is working

They need to use some of that money to train there staff and fix elite, ive got no issue with the game, and didnt have a issue with elite until now

I've been through the same thing with the issue of elite saying I have no multiplayer data.  5 times with customer support just to get the run around.  

I posted a similar conversation and got flamed for posting the techs "real name" lol. 

I'm just very happy I didn't pay for elite.

the guy i spoke to previously was a bit more helpful but i had to post this because of the guys blatent i dont really care attitude, right from the get go

ROFL!! this guy is a tool. This is the only time I would recommend a company to use automated systems for everything because their tech support just makes them look even more disorganized.

I just went over this thread and would like to sincerely apologize for your last contact with our support department. This is not the norm or what is expected of our agents and in no way should reflect the rest of our hard working CS team.

Making sure that you can play our games and that you are able to access all the features that are supposed to be available to you is our top priority and we have the proper teams looking into anything that can cause these issues.

The troubleshooting steps our previous agents had you try have been reported to help those who reported encountering a similar issue.
