How do I know the direction of enemy footsteps?

How do I know the direction of enemy footsteps?

I hear the enemy footsteps but I just ant make out the direction!!

Any help or tips you can give me?

then u should be fine

if u still can't hear it i suggest u get ur ears checked out

u might be exposed to loud music too long and caused permanent damage

Just soundwhkre.. even with my tb p11 I can find out the direction and that is not 7.1

And use amllify to make it easier

Have you check your sound settings in the playstation menu? You could be using stereo instead of surround? And are you doing it through optical instead of hdmi?

the sony headsets have a button on the top, left of the head band. it changes from surround to stereo. stereo works okay, as you can tell left from right.. but the surround really does a good job of helping you pin point where they are. i can NOT play this game without it.

am having the same trouble, cant tell from which direction, and there are so many footsteps, hard to determine.
