You K/D ratio guys are funny! The games about having fun, not about who can camp around the longest. I find it even funnier because it doesnt improve your overall rank. Its all about wins baby! I dont care if I go 0-30! As long as we get that dub, its worth it!
I understand the OP sentiment, but its nothing to do with the game being broken. Its basic mathematics. if you have a 2kdr and lose 3 games in a row, you then need to win the next 6 to stay the same as you started.
You're confusing win/loss with kill/death. I'm not sure how you did it, but you did. You can get a 3 kdr and lose a match. Your kdr will not go down. That's your win/loss.
I stand corrected Gunnerman. I was indeed referring to W/L when the OP was talking about KD Sorry for that mistake. Im trying to work out an equation that would answer the OP question.
Wow, these types of threads have hit a new low. Of course that's going to happen, the complete opposite would happen if your K/D was negative.
Ghosts isn't going to bend the rules of Mathematics to please anyone. Still laughed my ass off, though.
LMFAO!!! Send IW or Activision Support a message on Twitter and tell them your issue…They might be able to Nerf the math for you…ROFL!!!
LOL! I feel the same way sometimes, but it is mathematics. Can't fault the game.
For math's sake.
If you have 10,000 kills and 5,000 deaths, you have a 2.0000 Kill to Death ratio.
You go absolutely beast on a lobby and go 200-0. Now you have 10,200 kills and 5,000 deaths. 10,200 divided by 5,000 = 2.04. This is your new KD.
Same scenario. Only now you have 20,000 kills and 10,000 deaths. Still a 2.00 KD. You have that 200-0 round again! 20,200 divided by 10,000 = 2.02. This is your new KD
Basically, the longer you play, the harder it is to change your KD, up or down.
