im using a iphone 5s, all updated still not working! i get passed the email and password part but it just goes to a default screen
Have you tried a "hard reset" on your iPhone by holding power off button at the phone edge and the resume button on flat screen at same time till powers off? This should allow a good reset to get it rolling, let us know......
You should try uninstalling and re-installing it.
Also, soft reset your phone by holding the home and lock buttons at the same time.
You must have a conflict or the wrong iOS version... most recent is version 7.1.
everything is updated, it take me to a page with 'log in' and a arrow to the left on the top left of the page and no other opitions!
