IT isn't my device. My brother can log in on it. Something is off with only my account and there seems to be no help anywhere! This customer service is disgusting.

I don't know if the app supports multiple users on the same device.
I am only greeted with the background of the app. Nothing else shows up. What am I supposed to do?

press the power button till the console completely turns off or pull the power cord out..

I'm having the same problem with the Xbox One...have turned the console off via a 5 second hold of the power button, unplugging it for 30 seconds and reinstalled the game completely. I can play a campaign but the second I try to play multiplayer I keep getting the same screen shot, time and time again. Getting ridiculous. After more than $100 spent on this game with upgrades and such one would assume I could play when I wanted...PS4 here I come???
And Titanfall loads e'rry time...Ghosts is a better game but this is more than frustrating.
