i tried now several tims to reset my Password but i receive no email at all. i tried also to create a new one but it says this email adress is already in use. so what can i do?
What I can suggest with regards to this issue is that you get in touch with your email provider and ask them on how to put the Activision emails into your whitelist so that you can receive emails from them.

When you try to reset your password are you doing it from the app or the login page for the forums? Reason I ask is I have verified that the password reset for the forums works, and it is the same account as for your app (COD account).
