i have tried to play multiplayer ghosts and everytime i click on xbox live i get the error- the call of duty: ghosts server is not available at this time. please try again later or visit https://www.callofduty.com/ghosts/status for updates. well ive done this and all seems to be up and running so why cant i play online and i have checked my system settings connection and all comes back ticked as ok
Same here, servers seem to be broken. I couldn't get on but my friend was playing online fine, when he went off cod to play some BF with mem when he came back he suddenly got the same problem and can't connect either.
I have been trying since 10:30am is now 11:30am still nothing. I was on and playing this morning from about 8 to 9:30. took a break to eat breakfast and have not been able to log back in since. What is up with this has anyone found an answer. Everyone one I know has been having trouble logging in for weeks now, maybe their severs finally crashed. All I know is this SUCKS!!!
" having trouble logging in for weeks now"
On PS3 and Xone I've had no issues. I haven't tried today yet but saying that it's been happening all the time hasn't happened to me. Are you in the US or EU? I know people in other threads in the UK are having issues on 360.
Just because it's not happening to you does not mean it's not happening. I'm in the U.S. play on 360. All my friends having the same issue (taking forever to load your ghosts profile if at all). I have fios 75/35 (hard wired) very stable connection. my friends aren't local either one in Germany, N. Carolina, Washington state. All have had the same issue for weeks .
i have a ps4 in the uk and have not been able to load an update on ghost for 30 hours and it keeps saying server not available killzone works online fine so it has to be there servers ..i would be ok if they just told us ..frustrating as some of my online friends are playing it
Just got this for xbox one, and haven't played it on ps3 or 4 for a while, but wanted to try the new DLC maps. Got them installed, but now I get the same message. And I thought Battlefield had problems - this is a first for me for this system and game, but I guess it is pretty common?
I used to have this issue until I contacted Microsoft support. We found out this was a router configuration issue and there are some ports that need to be opened, I don't remember exactly what we had to do, but I know that if you get a newer router the issue usually resolves itself. Here is the number I called, there was no wait and the person I talked to was Fantastic
